How do I know my size?

We offer a range of sizes here at Brittany Rae Designs and you can find yours using our Size Guide You will find all of our sizes for both our main clothing lines and our Princess Boutique here! If you cannot find your size for the Princess Boutique we are more than happy to make your order to your custom measurements! Just make sure to let us know that you would like custom measurements by sending us a message with your order number!



How much is shipping?

We ship with DHL, which means once the package is shipped out you should receive it within 1-5 business days (Canada and USA) and 3-7 business days (International)! Our shipping cost is a flat rate of $50 for combined large orders and $10 for small orders only (Canada and USA). For international shipping it is a flat rate for of $70 for large orders and $20 for small orders only.



Can I pick up my order if I'm local?

Yes! Our order pick ups are limited to the Winnipeg area! When your order is complete you will be able to pay for your order using an e-transfer and then pick up your items in a contact-free and COVID safe method!



What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal and Visa!



Do you do payment plans?

Yes! However our Payment Plans are limited to our Princess Bouqtique, you can find more information about them here



What is your return policy?

Our items are completely custom made. As this is a custom item, it cannot be returned.
If your order needs to be cancelled please contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made within 3 business days from the purchase of your order. All cancellations after the duration of 3 business days are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.



Do you offer Payment Plans?

Yes! We offer Payment Plans for all of our gowns from our Princess Boutique and Custom Orders! We unfortunately do not offer Payment Plans for our main shop at this moment in time! You can find more information about our Payment Plans and Pricing here!
